In 2006, DVL was established as the seed fund project enterprise of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and is committed to the research and development, production, and sales of intelligent high -end medical equipment with minimally invasive surgery as its core, and has repeatedly undertaken national and provincial and ministerial scientific research projects. The "Medical Minimally Invasive Engineering Research Center" was approved by the Development and Reform Commission. In 2016, Academician Yang Shanlin established "Academician Work Station".
At present, it has established a joint laboratory and industry -university -research center with many colleges and universities such as Gelonen, the University of Grandon, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Hefei University of Technology, Shanghai Jiaotong University, China University of Science and Technology, Anhui Medical University, etc. The title of the new product is included in the special reserve catalog of emergency supplies of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The product has won the first prize of the Ministry of Education, the first prize of the provincial science and technology progress, and the leading scientific and technological achievement award of the World Internet Conference. In 2022, the project construction of the Industrial Internet Platform "Minimally Invasive Medical Industry Internet Cooperation Service Platform" was undertaken and jointly formulated the industry standards for the "Hygienic and Technical Personnel Title Review of the Title of the Professional and Technical Personnel of Health".
DVL actively responded to national policy and policies such as the country's Belt and Road, military -civilian integration, and medical workers cross.
